Refund policy

We take pride in offering homemade, sun-dried, organic pickles prepared with care. However, due to the nature of food products, returns are limited.

1. Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns only if the product is damaged, leaked, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The product must be unopened and unused in its original packaging.

2. Return Process
- Email or WhatsApp us with your order number, a clear photo of the product, and the reason for return.
- Our team will verify the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

3. Refunds
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective or wrong products.

4. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially consumed pickles.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Items returned after 48 hours of delivery.
